User Data Deletion Instructions

In accordance with Meta Platform Terms, GDPR, and CCPA guidelines, this page provides complete instructions and an interactive mechanism to request deletion of your data.

Overview for Meta (Facebook & Instagram) App Reviewers

TWR Trading Academy integrates with Facebook and Instagram APIs solely for administrative publishing of educational trading charts and video tutorials. We do not store, distribute, or harvest personal Facebook or Instagram consumer user data. However, if you have interacted with any connected application, you can delete your data using either of the two methods below.

Method 1: Revoke Permissions via Facebook Settings

If you wish to remove TWR Trading Academy application permissions from your personal Facebook account, follow these standard steps:

  1. Log into your Facebook Account.
  2. Go to your profile settings by clicking the downward arrow or your profile picture in the top-right corner, then select Settings & Privacy > Settings.
  3. In the left sidebar menu, scroll down and click on Apps and Websites.
  4. Search for TWR Trading Academy (or associated content publishing app).
  5. Click the Remove button next to the application name.
  6. Optionally, check the box to allow Facebook to delete all posts, videos, or events that the app may have published on your behalf, and confirm by clicking Remove.

Method 2: Revoke Permissions via Instagram Settings

  1. Open the Instagram App or web browser and go to your profile.
  2. Open Settings and Privacy.
  3. Select Website Permissions > Apps and Websites.
  4. Under the Active tab, locate TWR Trading Academy and tap Remove.

Method 3: Direct Data Deletion Request Form

You can also submit a direct request through our automated compliance portal below. Upon submission, our system will log your request and purge any associated logs, email inquiries, or cached session records within 48 hours.
